1. Seluruh psikolog yang berpraktik dalam lingkup Kalea (selanjutnya disebut “Psikolog” adalah psikolog profesional berlisensi sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan peraturan perundang – undangan yang berlaku serta memiliki hak untuk melakukan layanan konseling baik secara tatap muka maupun daring. 2. Proses konseling yang akan dilaksanakan bersama dengan Psikolog memiliki durasi 60 (enam puluh) menit untuk setiap sesi. 3. Jumlah pertemuan untuk konseling yang dilaksanakan oleh Klien dan Psikolog disepakati bersama oleh Klien dan Psikolog 4. Seluruh data dan informasi Klien maupun hal – hal yang Klien sampaikan dalam proses konseling akan diperlakukan sebagai informasi yang bersifat rahasia dan hanya dapat diberikan oleh Psikolog kepada pihak lain dengan persetujuan tertulis dari Klien, terkecuali dalam hal: a. Diminta secara tertulis oleh Pejabat dan/atau intitusi berwenang, baik untuk kepentingan pemeriksaan hukum maupun tidak; b. Menurut pertimbangan yang wajar sesuai dengan etika profesi, terdapat hal – hal yang menurut Psikolog dapat membahayakan Klien maupun orang lain sehingga perlu untuk memberikan Informasi Rahasia kepada pihak lain yang berkepentingan; dan/atau c. Diperlukan sebagai bagian dari informasi yang patut disampaikan apabila Psikolog merujuk Klien kepada psikolog atau dokter lain; 5. Pelaksanaan konseling bersifat rahasia, dan profesional sehingga seluruh sesi pelaksanaan konseling tidak diperkenankan untuk direkam maupun disebarluaskan kepada pihak lainnya oleh Klien, serta hanya dapat dilaksanakan melalui jalur/metode komunikasi dan waktu yang telah disepakati antara Klien dan Psikolog. 6. Psikolog memiliki kewenangan untuk merujuk Klien kepada psikolog maupun dokter lain, sejauh mana menurut pertimbangan Psikolog yang wajar serta mengingat manfaat bagi Klien, diperlukan bagi tercapainya tujuan pelaksanaan konseling Klien. 7. Psikolog maupun Kalea tidak dapat bertanggungjawab maupun dimintakan pertanggungjawaban atas force majeure berupa kebocoran Informasi Rahasia yang terjadi di luar unsur kelalaian ataupun kesengajaan Psikolog maupun Kalea, atau yang terjadi karena adanya penerobosan akses (hacking) yang dilakukan oleh pihak lain yang tidak dapat dicegah ataupun diketahui oleh Psikolog maupun Kalea. English Version 1. All psychologist who is practicing within Kalea is a licensed professional psychologist that is regulated by Indonesian Law and legislation. The psychologist have the right to provide counseling services both online and face-to-face 2. The number of sessions needed depends on many factors and will be discussed together by the psychologist and the client. 3. The counseling process that will be carried out together with the Psychologist has a duration of 60 (sixty) minutes for each session. 4. All Client data and information as well as matters that the Client conveys in the counseling process will be treated as confidential information and can only be given by the Psychologist to other parties with written consent from the Client, except in cases: Mandated by the officials, and/or authorized institution, either for the purpose of legal examination or not In the event that the therapist reasonably believes that the client is a danger, physically or emotionally, to themselves or another person, consent is given for the therapist to warn the person in danger and to contact any person in a position to prevent harm to themselves or another person, including law enforcement and medical personnel. Required as part of the information that should be submitted if the Psychologist refers the Client to another psychologist or doctor; 5. Counseling is confidential and professional so that all counseling sessions are not allowed to be recorded or disseminated to other parties by the Client, and can only be carried out through the communication channel/method and time agreed between the Client and the Psychologist 6. Psychologists have the authority to refer Clients to other psychologists or doctors, to the extent that the Psychologist thinks that is reasonable, for the benefits of the Client, and is necessary for the achievement of the objectives of implementing Client counseling 7. Psychologists and Kalea cannot be held responsible or held liable for force majeure in the form of : leaks of Confidential Information that occur not due to the Psychologist's or Kalea's negligence or intention, or that occur due to hacking carried out by other parties that cannot be prevented or known by Psychologist and Kalea.
